Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Look, we are pleased to offer FREE Standard Delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, naval ports, or Jurong Island.

We deliver to most countries where our logistics partners operate. While we strive to maintain affordable rates, our primary focus is on ensuring the prompt, safe, and efficient delivery of your items. Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and volume, and you can view the list of countries we deliver to, along with associated charges, at the checkout page. Our system will automatically calculate delivery charges based on your provided address, without the need for payment or registration.

Order Status & Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. Delivery times may vary based on factors such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing, and dispatching of orders. You will receive an email confirmation for all orders upon receipt.

Local Deliveries

We offer two delivery options for local customers:

·         Standard Courier: FREE for all local orders, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5 working days.

·         Express Courier: Available for an additional charge of $4.00, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 3 working days.

You can choose delivery times from 9 AM to 10 PM, on weekdays or Saturdays, for both Standard and Express courier options.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number. You can track the delivery status of your orders using your Order Number with our local logistics partner. Please provide your contact number during checkout so the courier can reach you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

International Deliveries

Delivery times for international orders vary based on our logistics partners and their affiliates. Rest assured that your order is on its way, and you can track its status using the tracking information provided.

Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

For all international orders, you are responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, and tariffs as required by your country’s regulations to clear customs.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards. For wholesale purchases, we only accept ATM or inter-bank transfers or ACH payments.
