To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and packaged in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete the return process.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, items purchased at a discounted price and gift card purchases are non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide justification. To proceed, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
